As co-founder of the CFR Consulting Group in 1997, we can utilize a far-reaching network of more than 35 CFR-partners and 400 consultants globally – beyond our own expertise. Marc Steuer is Managing Director and Senior Project Manager for consultancy services in the industrial field (hi-tech, engineering, automotive, energy, aviation, medical technology, chemical, IT/TC) financial services and challenging international search assignments.

He brings a successful track-record of sustainable placements on executive and specialist level since 2007 – in Germany and worldwide. As of 2014, he is Board Member of the global CFR Consulting Group® network, which was co-founded by CANTOR® in 1997.

Before, Marc Steuer held various industrial Senior HRM/HRD-positions in innovative technology, engineering, IT/TC and financial service industries. His entrepreneurial focus was enhancing leadership effectiveness and organizational development of small/medium-sized companies and top-rated global companies.

As trusted business partner, he brings proven HR-process and change know-how as well as profound experience in finding distribution/cooperation partners and company succession solutions.

Marc Steuer earned an MBA in HR-Management and is executive leadership assessor, experienced coach, change leader and certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

Max Scherm is Managing Director and Senior Project Manager at CANTOR. His expert and executive search focus is in the industrial field (engineering, automotive & suppliers, packaging industry, glass & ceramics, healthcare) and retail business.

After his economic studies, he built a lasting leadership experience in general management, sales, purchasing, production and supply chain in medium-sized and international companies.

His guiding principle:

Albrecht Eckstein is member of CANTOR®´s advisory board, co-founder of CANTOR® and one of the senior originators of the global CFR-network. He brings 25 years of experience in the executive search business – and a long lasting Legal and HR-leadership experience from the hi-tech /engineering/retail-industries.

He successfully accomplished demanding people-growth and business targets as VP HR of an international group and completed a huge variety of challenging assignments as Senior Project Leader for famous executive search consultancies – and since 1993 for CANTOR®. In 2016, Albrecht Eckstein switched to CANTOR®´s advisory board. He was a key pillar for the company development of CANTOR® and the CFR-Consulting Group®.
